By accessing or using ContractorQualifierConnect.com (“Website”) and its related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2. Description of Services

Contractor Qualifier Connect (“CQC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a contractor qualifier network that introduces licensed contractors willing to act as qualifiers to construction companies requiring a qualifying individual under applicable state law. Our role is limited to introduction, vetting, matching, and administrative coordination.

CQC is not a law firm, not a state licensing board, and does not perform construction services, supervise work, or guarantee regulatory approvals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Website require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Fees and Payment

Placement fees paid to Contractor Qualifier Connect compensate us for network operation, vetting, matching, and administrative coordination. Fees are not payments for license use and are not contingent on licensing approval. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

6. Qualifier Network

Licensed contractors may join the CQC network if they hold an active license in good standing and are interested in future qualifying opportunities. Joining the network does not guarantee placement or require acceptance of any engagement.

Compensation, duties, and supervision between the company and qualifier are governed solely by their agreement. CQC is not a party to that agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage in license renting, nominal qualification, or paper qualifying arrangements.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or Services.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is the property of Contractor Qualifier Connect or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CQC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT REGULATORY APPROVALS WILL BE OBTAINED, THAT MATCHES WILL BE MADE WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME, OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

CQC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or compliance of any qualifier or company engaged through our network. Companies are solely responsible for payroll, employment classification, insurance, bonding, supervision, and compliance with all applicable licensing laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTOR QUALIFIER CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contractor Qualifier Connect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
